ORDER STATUS & INFORMATION

  • Will my order arrive by Christmas?
    USA Climbing cannot guarantee holiday delivery.  However, domestic orders placed with EXPEDITED shipping before Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 11:59pm Mountain Time are expected to be delivered in time for Christmas. 
  • How long will it take to receive my order?  
    Standard order processing is 7 to 10 business days, plus 2 to 6 days estimated shipping.  Expedited order processing is 2 to 3 business days, plus 1 to 2 days estimated shipping.  Click here for shipping estimates. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

    Please note, orders are currently limited to shipping within the United States.
  • Where is my tracking number?
    As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number.
  • What is the status of my order?
    Click here for order status.  You can also review the status of pending and past orders by clicking on “My Account” at the bottom of each page, then "Order Tracking".
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    We apologize.  Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed.  We strongly advise that you carefully review your order, including any promotional discounts and shipping information, before completing your transaction to ensure everything is correct.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    • What is your return & exchange policy?
      Currently, all items in the USA Climbing Store are print-on-demand. Because all products are made to order, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Please carefully review your order prior to purchase, as changes cannot be made after the transaction is complete.
    • What if my item is incorrect, damaged, or misprinted?
      We take pride in the quality of our USA Climbing products.  In the rare occasion that your item is damaged or misprinted, or the wrong item sent to you, please contact shop@usaclimbing.org with inquiries on whether your item is eligible for a return.  Please include with your inquiry a photo of the damage or incorrect item for consideration.
    BILLING & PAYMENT
      • Accepted Forms of Payment
        We accept the following credit cards for online purchases: Visa®, MasterCard®, and Discover®.  We do not accept cash, personal checks, or money orders.  We also don't ship orders C.O.D. and Deferred Billing is not available.
      • Coupons and Promo Codes
        During the checkout process, simply enter the Coupon/Promo Code in the required field. The funds will be automatically deducted and your discount will be reflected on your order total.

        Please note, discounts cannot be combined.  If you enter multiple promotional codes during checkout, only the last code entered will be recognized. 

        Please carefully review your order and any promotional discounts, as we cannot make adjustments once the transaction is complete.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

        Prices are subject to change without notice.  This will not effect the price you agreed to pay at the time of your order.
